Dear visitors, we thank you for choosing QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES for your stay. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before booking through the QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES website. When you visit or use our website you accept the legal commitment resulting from these terms and conditions as they are formed from time to time. These terms and conditions will form the basis of the agreement between you and all adults and / or minors participating in your reservation.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

We reserve the right to make modifications or corrections, changes, suspensions or terminations of any part of the site at any time.
We do not provide any explicit or implied warranty, representation or endorsement with respect to the Website or any information, service or product provided through the Site.
We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever arising from or in connection with the visit or use of the Site or its contents, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause or caused by QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES, our employees or agents or any other individual or entity.

PRICES

VAT AND MUNICIPAL TAXES

VAT and taxes are included in the suite rate.

RULES OF RESIDENCE

Upon arrival at QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES, the visitor is required to submit a personal document for registration, ID, passport and credit card. If the visitor does not have these documents, QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES has the absolute right not to check in.

The equipment of each room is checked before check-in and after check-out.
Guests are responsible for all damage and deficiencies in the rooms where they are hosted. In the event of any damage or accident the visitor is obliged to inform. In the event that an item is missing or damaged and the visitor hides it and is discovered after departure, QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES immediately informs its client and has the absolute right to keep the corresponding amount from his / her credit card.
Items forgotten by guests stay for up to 6 months, and the transportation costs for their return burden their owners. After 6 months QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES has no responsibility for the items forgotten.

CREDIT CARD USE SAFETY

We consider your security as our top priority. In order to safeguard transaction security, we use a high- security server that encrypts the credit card number in an unreadable format. Your credit card details are only known to the financial institution that processes the transaction. Your card information is not accessible to our staff and is not stored in our system in any form.

PAYMENT POLICY OF THE QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

After confirmation, the following additional charges apply:

RESERVATION

QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES will make every possible effort to complete the booking in the best possible way based on the information provided.
The visitor does not have the right to transfer the reservation to a third party or to use the accommodation facilities for purposes other than the stay.
The Accommodation reserves the right to pass on to the visitor any additional charges for goods and services requested during the visitor's stay or were caused by the visitor’s negligence to observe the agreed hours of services.
Strictly forbidden are events and any other type of gatherings, for which there has not been any notification and at the same time cause disruption to the rest of the visitors. In any case, QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES must have been fully informed of the purpose of the reservation. If any action is taken without notice and confirmation by the management, QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES reserves the absolute right to terminate the stay.
Although the accommodation has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that the information contained in its brochures, prices, advertisements and website is accurate, it reserves the right to modify, replace or withdraw any service, facility or provision without warning, if necessary.
Notwithstanding the above terms, the accommodation is not responsible for any total or partial failure to fulfill its obligations to the customer in the event of any of the following circumstances:

Strikes
Other unusual actions
Fire in or near the accommodation
Flooding in or near the accommodation
Disturbances, differences or civil conflicts
Terrorism or attempted terrorist action
Force majeure
Legal persecution against the accommodation, which does not result from negligence and does not allow the provision of services.

CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES

QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES may cancel the reservation if it is closed or if part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control. In this case the accommodation will refund the amount paid but does not bear any other liability towards the visitor.
QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES strives to provide the best possible service and help each client to be compensated for any problem that may arise with regard to his reservation. QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES works as a freelancer to promote accommodation services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES

QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES is not responsible for the death or injury of persons caused by their negligence or negligence of third parties not agents at the accommodation. QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES is not responsible for acts and / or omissions of its independent suppliers.
In case of transmission of disease or any kind of infection by a client or in case of problems in the operation of the accommodation due to psychotic illnesses and insanity behaviors or in the case of suicide or homicide of clients or third parties within the accommodation premises, the company is entitled to claim compensation for the material damage caused or for damage to the accommodation's reputation, by the client who has carried out any of the above actions or by the heirs and the heirs' successors. The amount of compensation shall be determined by decision of the General Secretary of the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO).
The accommodation customer is responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation (breakage of glasses, dishes, washbasins, damage to electrical items, furniture, carpets, clothing) due to him or his guests or his staff or any other person for whom the customer is responsible and everything else that bothers other visitors and the environment.

DAMAGE CAUSED BY VISITORS

In the event of malicious, deliberate or negligent damage to the room or any other area of the complex, QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES will charge the registered customer's credit / debit card the amount or loss incurred, including loss caused due to business interruption. In case the client's payment was made by means other than a credit / debit card, QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES will go through legal procedures.
No liability is accepted in the event of theft, injury or illness of guests, representatives or visitors, or for loss or damage of any kind unless it is the result of negligence of QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES or its employees.
Visitors are responsible for their insurance coverage.

TERMS OF WIFI USE

Using the QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES WiFi Service provided by the QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES WiFi Service exclusively, I accept, acknowledge and declare the following:

By accessing and using the WiFi Service on my behalf, I agree in any case that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this document are correct and reasonable. Should I find them unreasonable and incorrect, I should not use the WiFi Service.
I am over 18 years old, as the WiFi Service is available only for people aged 18 and over. If I want the Service to be used by my minor child, I accept these Terms on my behalf and I am responsible for supervising my child regarding the use of the WiFi Service. QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES offers me free of charge WiFi service to facilitate my internet browsing while staying on the premises.
The WiFi service is activated as soon as I have successfully completed access to a wireless broadband access point of QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES. The use of the WiFi service is valid during my stay at the accommodation.
QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES assumes no other obligation towards me, such as to ensure uninterrupted or continuous connection, constant speed, equipment compatibility, equipment security, software, personal data or attempted transactions, as well as to control the information and data transmitted or the appropriateness of the content of the pages I visit. I do accept the sole responsibility for all the above.
I recognize that the Internet is an open environment, that I am solely responsible for the observance and protection of my personal data, that I must act with utmost care by taking the necessary security measures to prevent the illegal use of my personal data.
When using the WiFi Service, I must act in good faith, not commit any acts or omissions that may result in criminal prosecution or the commencement of any civil or administrative procedures against QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES, which indicatively, but not exclusively, are mentioned in the Criminal Code, specific criminal laws, personal data protection legislation, telecommunications legislation, intellectual property law, and related legislation of the European Union, the National Telecommunications Commission, the Personal Data Protection Authority and any other Public or Administrative Authority and Service, nor any acts or omissions that could affect any rights or other legitimate interests of the QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES.
I am solely responsible for any damage caused to me, to the accommodation or to third parties by my actions or omissions during the use of the WiFi Service of QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES, which I declare will not use to make any illegal, unlawful, unethical, abusive, harassing action and especially for the following:

Trafficking of illegal, pornographic, violent, obscene or otherwise offensive, slanderous or defamatory content that may violate the personality of the other person, racist or national offensive or otherwise controversial.
Tracking, harassment, threat or harm of any other person.
Illegal access to systems, network overload, unsolicited mail for commercial or non- commercial purposes (spamming). disclosure of confidential information.
Copyright infringement.
Transmit, store or disposal in any way of material that contains viruses or any other code, computer files or programs designed to harm, affect, or restrict the normal operation of the Service.
Causing interference or interruption of the WiFi Service (including access to the Service via automated means such as script or web crawlers), or any servers or networks linked to the Service, or any policies, requirements or network regulations that are linked to the Service (including unauthorized access, use, or monitoring of data or traffic associated with them).
Planning or conducting any illegal activity.

WiFi is provided "as it is" and "where it is", without any explicit or implied warranty, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES is not responsible for any damage (direct, indirect, positive, repayable) related to my use of the WiFi service, even if QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES was informed of the possibility of such damage.
I acknowledge that the WiFi Service of QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES is designed and offered exclusively for personal use on an individual basis. QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES is not responsible for any loss or damage that happens to me or any third party in the event of a different use of the WiFi Service (lost profits due to non-completion of business activity, loss of opportunity, etc.) from the temporary or permanent interruption of the Service. QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES does not recommend and is not responsible for using the WiFi Service for business purposes.
I am solely responsible for the selection, installation, activation, use, and functionality of equipment, systems, software and security protocols that I will use when connecting to the QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES WiFi Service, regarding their suitability and protection against external threats, including malware.
I am solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the data I enter into the WiFi Service and for all the activities I perform while using it.
QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES cannot guarantee the security of my equipment nor the integrity, availability and confidentiality of information, files and data I exchange over the Internet against unauthorized access or use. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to maintain adequate security measures that prevent illegal access to or use of my computer equipment and the disclosure of my confidential information and illegal access to the WiFi Service through the equipment of QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES.
Technical support is not provided by QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES. Staff of the QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES Accommodation may not be able or obliged to provide clarifications, instructions, etc. regarding the use of the WiFi Service.
Violation of any of these terms constitutes a reason to immediately interrupt my access to the WiFi Service.
These "WiFi Terms of Use" are governed by Greek and European law and any dispute arising from their application is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens.

POLICY FOR SMOKERS

Smoking is forbidden in the rooms, corridors and all the enclosed spaces of QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES. If it is found that a guest smoked in one of these places, the accommodation will charge a cleaning fee of 250,00€ on his or her account before or after check-out.

KITCHEN POLICY IN THE ROOMS

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the kitchen in their rooms / suites.
It is forbidden to prepare dishes that can cause intense long-lasting smells in the room / suite.
The room should be ventilated during and after each type of cooking (pausing air conditioning and opening windows).
Ventilation should be used during cooking.
If the room / suite is delivered with a strong smell of food that has infused the furniture and fabrics there will be an extra cleaning charge.
Guests are responsible for cleaning and washing the dishes.
The cleaning service is not responsible for the washing-up of used utensils.
If there is no intention of using the kitchen and the customer prefers that there are no sharp objects in the room, he must inform the Management, who will make sure that all of them will be removed from the room. The accommodation will not be held responsible for any accidents that may be caused by the unauthorized use of kitchen appliances and household items / accessories by minors.

SAFES

ROOM CLEANING

The rooms are cleaned every day from 09:00 until 14:00 (after consulting).

POLICY FOR CHILDREN

Children under the age of 10 should constantly be accompanied by their parents / guardians during their stay at the accommodation.
Parents / guardians are responsible for the use of sharp objects and electrical appliances in the room' s kitchen. We will be glad to remove sharp objects from the room and exclude the use of devices to avoid accidents.
QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES will not be held responsible for accidents caused by the unauthorized use of appliances and kitchenware by minors.

ACCESS POLICY FOR DISABLED PEOPLE

QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES does not have the proper facilities and equipment to serve serious disabled guests.

PARKING SPACES

QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES has free outdoor parking spaces during the stay.
Parking spaces reservation is not allowed.
The accommodation is not responsible for any damage caused to a car on the grounds of open and public parking spaces.
Parking at the entrance and exit of the accommodation is not permitted.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

PROHIBITIONS

In order to ensure order and safety at QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES, it is forbidden:

Smoking in the rooms and in all the enclosed spaces of QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES.
Handing over the room’s key card to strangers.
Storing materials and / or objects that are dangerous to the health and life of others.
Removing and moving furniture from the rooms.
Breach of acceptable behavioural patterns, aggressive behaviour and / or acts that compromise the health and property of others.
Damage to the property of QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES.
Car parking at the entrance and exit of the accommodation, as well as in a way that obstructs traffic.
Ιnappropriate clothing on premises. Nudism is also strictly prohibited.

If the visitor violates the provisions of this regulation, systematically bothers other customers and generally behaves inappropriately to them and to staff, it may be considered as persona non grata and the person in charge of QUINTA ESSENTIA SUITES has the right to demand that the customer leave the accommodation and evacuate the suite within 24 hours. If a case of infectious disease occurs, the family or friends and the treating physician should immediately notify the accommodation manager, the nearest Police Department and the relevant Health Centre. In the event of violation of this regulation, the client or hotelier may have to contact the Tourist Police or other Police Authorities, which are obliged to offer all legitimate assistance and enforce the implementation of this regulation.
